All vaccine appointments are currently BOOKED UNTIL MARCH 2021.

- receive an email when GDPH Covid-19 Vaccine Rollout Plan is updated and you become eligible for vaccination;

Our pharmacists and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp) teams cannot provide scheduling information or make appointments for Covid-19 vaccines.
